This October say YES to your health and join me in the 21Day Sugar Detox.   Now that the kids are tucked back into their routine it’s time to recalibrate your taste buds and kick sugar to the curb. With this months sugar holiday, “Halloween”  let’s fight the Hangry Monster together, all while eating whole foods that you can feed yourself,  your family and even have some 21DSD approved treats!

Twenty – Eight days of expert coaching will help prepare you for the detox, successfully complete the detox, and transition into your new lifestyle.  Go into the holiday season feeling and looking healthy!

We will have four live sessions:

Week 1: 10/15  Prepare for detox;  grocery store tour, label reading

Week 2: 10/22  Yes foods,  Lifestyle factors, tips & tricks, dining out.

Week 3: 10/29  Mindset, Willpower & What to do Beyond the 21DSD

Week 4: 11/5  Healthy Potluck/ Surviving the Holidays

Time of day will be determined by group, either afternoon or evening.
